11/12/2009 15h35 Brussels (Belgium) - Koning Albert II Laan spot

I spotted this tape when arriving with the Eurolines bus at the Gare du Nord, from Amsterdam on my way to Paris. It was - litterally - wound around the basin of the fountain that is in the middle of the roundabout at the crossing of the Koning Albert II Laan and the Boulevard Simon Bolivar. While the bus held at the Gare du Nord for half an hour, I could walk over to the roundabout, and unwind the tape. See photo. Arabic.
